    Pure water pole on upper floors

    Deionised water leaves no mineral residue, so windows dry spot-free without a second pass. Works on any pane we can reach safely from the ground.

    Hand cleaning at ground level

    Squeegee and scrubber on interior glass and any frames that need detail work. Not every window is a pole job, and we don't treat them that way.

    Screens removed and rinsed

    We take screens down, rinse them separately, and re-hang them. Dirty screens pushed back over clean glass just smear the pane before the day is out.

    Frames and sills wiped down

    Edges and sills get wiped before we call a window done. The glass can be perfect and still look off if the frame is full of debris.

    Inside and outside, same visit

    Book a full clean and we do both in one trip. Exterior-only jobs don't require you to be home.

    No pressure washing on glass

    We don't use pressure wands on windows. The right tool for glass is a squeegee.

Do I need to be home?+

Not for exterior-only work. We need access to the yard and any locked gates, so just let us know on quote day. For interior cleaning, someone needs to be home to let us in and move anything fragile near the windows.

How often should Saanich homes have their windows cleaned?+

Most residential clients book once or twice a year. Homes with heavy tree cover, near Elk or Beaver Lake, or close to the waterfront tend to need it more often because the sap and salt builds faster. Twice a year keeps things ahead of the grime.

Is cleaning in rain or overcast weather a problem?+

No. Overcast is actually the better condition for window cleaning. Direct sun dries solution before you can squeegee it off, which causes streaking. Light drizzle doesn't affect pure water results.

Can you deal with hard water stains?+

Standard cleaning removes regular dirt and film. Hard water mineral deposits and oxidation staining need a mild acid solution and extra dwell time. We flag these at quote, price them separately, and do not assume every job includes stain removal.

Do you take on strata or commercial work in Saanich?+

We focus on residential homes. Small stratas with ground-level or accessible units are fine to quote. Multi-storey commercial is outside what we take on.
